I on Diabetes

“I on Diabetes” is a 4-part, evidenced-based educational series for those with diabetes and thodemonstration during classse supporting them, including family, friends, and caregivers. Each class includes a lesson and recipes demonstration with tastings. Topics covered during the series include background information on diabetes, recommendations for planning meals, both at home and when dining out, recommendations for visits with your doctor and medical care team, and more.
